Henscratch Farms Kids Easter Festival |
This festival will be lots of fun for the whole family.
The days activities will be from 10am-2pm. We will have Live entertainment by a Live Country Band, The Easter Bunny will be on our front porch taking pictures with the guests. By the bunny station there will be a Easter themed craft tent. Hotdogs, Chips & Lemonade are on the lunch menu for $3. The Shake Shack will be serving our famous shakes, shortcakes, floats, & for the kids(and young at heart)create your own Easter sundae. Included in the day is the farm’s walking tour, feeding the chickens, the presentation in the winery, & complimentary wine tasting & nibbles. We hope to see you there these festivals are always so much fun. |

Blueberry Bluegrass Festival |
It’s Blueberry Season. That means it's time to have our Blueberry Bluegrass festival. The day is Sat. May 15th, & the time is 10am-2pm. This will be a day filled with berry good times. Our Bluegrass Band is The Baker Act! There will be blueberry treats of all kinds’ shakes, shortcakes, fritters, pies and more. There will be blueberries for the picking @ $7.99 a lb. For lunch you will have choice between hotdogs, chips & lemonade, or a BBQ Pork W/Baked Beans prices $3-$7. We will also be serving wine by the glass or bottle so sit, sip and enjoy the day!
Included in the day is the farm’s walking tour, feeding the chickens, the presentation in the winery, & complimentary wine tasting & nibbles. We will also have Free door prizes & a Free gift basket raffle. Lawn Chairs & Umbrellas recommended. The admission is $5. Children under 6 free.

Henscratch Farms Customer Appreciation Day |
Henscratch Farms will host an end of season “Customer Appreciation Day” for the community on Saturday May29th. Activities are scheduled 10:00am – 2:00pm.
Activities include a tour of the winery. Then the staff will be serving complimentary wine tastings with cheese and nibblies. It is blueberry u-pick season on the farm, and there will be pleanty for the picking at $7.99 a lb.
Entertainment by the “Fiddle Pickin” is scheduled
from 10am-2pm. The ice cream shack will be open for creamy Blueberry & Strawberry treats to enjoy with lunch.
For lunch there will be a hotdog lunch with drink and chips for $3. Guests may tour the farm by strolling through the nine flagged educational stations, complete a scavenger hunt and feed the 101 free rang hens. Don’t forget your camera. 10th Annual Grape Stomp & Music Fest |

Henscratch Farms will present the 10th Annual Grape Stomp featuring THE CALIFORNIA TOE JAM BAND on Saturday August 21st from 10:00am -2:00pm at the winery located on Henscratch Road in Lake Placid.
This Award winning 50's & 60's musical group will bring toe tapping energy to the stage, for a four hour concert.
Attendees will join the stomp buckets with this year's MC_ David Flowers, in an attempt to crush 2 tons of grapes for this year’s ‘Foot Stomped Vintage”. Participants in the stomp may purchase the finished wine ready to pick up in November, complete with their picture on the label, and the caption, .... FOOT STOMPED BY MY DILIGENT FEET"
Included in the day is the farm’s walking tour, feeding the chickens, the presentation in the winery, complimentary cheese and wine tasting and All You Can Eat Grapes. Fall Pumkin Day |
Henscratch Farms will host a Fall Pumpkin Day for the community
on Saturday Oct 30th . Activities are scheduled 10:00am – 2:00pm. Hay rides & ponies will be 11:00am - 2:00pm The vineyard & winery is Florida’s 12th Official Florida Farm Winery.
A pumpkin patch will feature 300 med decorating pumpkins for sale at $4 each & a free decorating tent for the kids. Hay rides will leave every 15 min from the pavillion at $3 pp, There will also be pony rides available we will
have 3 ponies in different sizes at $2 a ride. Hotdogs chips & lemonade will be available all day for $3. The ice cream shack will be open preparing our famous strawberry shakes and shortcakes for $3.50 + tax. We will also have a kids fall themed create your own sundae station. You can tour the winery, Complimentary wine tastings with cheese and nibbles is included. Guests may tour the farm by strolling through the nine flagged educational stations, complete a scavenger hunt and feed the 200 free range hens. Don’t forget your camera. Costumes are recomended We will give away small prizes to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in a best dressed contest. No one will be left out though all particapants will get a candy treat. Dress kids according to weather, we don't want anyone over heated remember this is a day time outside festival. |
